- Professional reference from a charge nurse, supervisor, nurse manager, director, CNO, or COO within the last 24 months preferred
Description:
The traveler will contribute professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients. The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses. Day shift has a patient ratio of 1:4-5 and night shift has a patient ratio of 1:5-6. Charge nurses will make assignments that prioritize safety and consider the cardiac experience level of each nurse.
Every other weekend is required. This position is suitable for first-time travelers.
