Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Location:

Rock Island, IL

• Pay: $27-35/hr (plus a $1/hr differential for 2nd shift)
• Schedule:
  
  1st & 2nd shifts available (Monday–Friday)
• Type:
  Permanent, full-time from day one

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent equipment failures and downtime.
• Assist in the installation, setup, and calibration of new equipment.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, including work orders, parts usage, and equipment history.
• Train and mentor junior technicians as needed.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.

• Mechanical Maintenance
• Electronic Maintenance
• Blueprints

• 3+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Proficient troubleshooting skills in hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with PLCs.
• Experience in the corrugated industry is a huge plus.
