Hayes Gibson in Rock Island, IL is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician 2 to repair and maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other systems across our properties, ensuring safety and resident comfort. You will perform routine and preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues, inspect facilities, and ensure compliance with safety standards. This full-time, on-site role includes on-call shifts with a starting rate of $17 per hour.
