• Perform regular maintenance on buildings, mechanical systems, and equipment to ensure uninterrupted operation.
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment, systems, and buildings to detect any issues and resolve them promptly.
• Ensure that all maintenance tasks are in compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Assist in the installation, repair, and servicing of various equipment and systems.

• Proven experience in maintenance work or similar role in a commercial or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical condition and the ability to work in various environments.
• Relevant certifications or licenses are a plus.
