Hole Watch

Our client, a leading organization in the construction and infrastructure sector, is seeking a Laborer to join their team. As a Laborer, you will be part of the construction support team supporting project operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Hole Watch

Location: Rock Springs, Wy

Pay Range: $18/hour

Shift: 12 hour shifts with possible working 7 days a week from 7am-7pm

* MUST have reliable transportation to the Trona Mines daily
* * MUST have current MSHA and copy of it*

What’s the Job?

• Remain stationed outside a confined space at all times
• Continuously monitoring the atmosphere, tracking all personnel inside with air/gas monitors
• Maintaining communication to facilitate immediate evacuation or emergency rescue if a hazard arises.
• Tracking each time worker enters and exists confined space
• Maintain constant verbal, visual, or radio contact with the entrants to monitor their well-being

What’s Needed?

• No prior experience required
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, 7 days a week
• Willingness to undergo a drug test (Oral - 10 Panel)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work in a team environment
