• Maintain a caseload, provide clinical services upon demand without lapse in coverage, and accept new clients according to SCS procedures and needs.
• Work in collaboration with treatment teams to ensure positive client outcomes.
• Provide accurate and timely documentation of client contacts.
• Deliver crisis intervention services to stabilize clients and provide necessary referrals for ongoing care.
• Work collaboratively with clients to address mental health and substance use disorder issues.
• Identify, provide, and/or arrange for case management services to ensure quality wrap-around services for clients.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Comply with all financial reporting standards (GASB and GAAP) to ensure integrity, transparency, and accountability in fiscal matters.

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Mental Health, Substance Use Disorder, or Human Relations discipline, with two years of documented, supervised experience and training in providing substance abuse treatment.
• Certification as a Substance Abuse Worker or Social Worker under the Mental Health Professions Licensing Board.
