Join to apply for the Revenue Accountant/AR Manager role at Gardant Management Solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Support Senior Living Community business office managers in accounts receivable functions.
  • Prepare financial statements using GAAP, analyze financial data, and perform Medicaid revenue calculations.
  • Respond to accounts receivable inquiries from owners, lenders, auditors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Monitor private pay and financial assistance program balances.
  • Collaborate with the Community Team for accurate financial reporting and resolve discrepancies.
  • Train staff on financial processes and standards.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable, review aging reports, and manage deposits and allowances.
  • Update accounting software with resident move-in/out information.
  • Generate and distribute resident statements timely.
  • Improve the accounts receivable process for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, policies, GAAP, and organizational standards.
    • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Yardi software preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license for occasional travel.
