STAFF ACCOUNTANT

• Prepare & Process Payroll
• Daily Status
• Fixed Asset Management
• State & Local Tax Payments
• Sales Tax Reporting
• Commission Management
• Maintain & Reconcile Balance Sheet Accounts & Subsidiary Ledgers
• Month & Year End Closing
• Manage Customer Promotions, Rebates, Special Programs
• Assist In Preparation of Local & Consolidated Financial Statements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (1-2 years of experience)
• Associate’s degree in accounting (3-4 years of experience)
• Relevant experience in similar position (5+ years of experience)
• Proficiency With Microsoft Office products, high-end excel skills
• Dependable with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Must be detail oriented
• Ability to work independently with little or no direct supervision.
• Experience with ERP packages, Epicor a plus
• Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
