**** Position Summary
** The Client Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for clients within the accounting office, ensuring a high level of service, organization, and communication throughout the client experience. This role supports accountants and tax professionals by managing client interactions, coordinating documentation, and facilitating efficient workflow.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in organization and accuracy.
** Responsibilities
* ** Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
* Provide professional and welcoming service to all clients
* Schedule and coordinate client appointments, consultations, and follow-ups
* Collect, organize, and review client documentation for completeness
* Maintain accurate and organized client files (digital and physical)
* Monitor deadlines and proactively follow up with clients for required information
* Support accounting staff with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and report preparation
* Assist with client billing, payments, and general account inquiries
* Track workflow to ensure timely completion of client engagements
* Maintain strict confidentiality of all client financial and personal information## Qualifications
** Education and Experience
**** Required
* ** High school diploma or equivalent
* 1–3 years of administrative, customer service, or office support experience
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
** Preferred
* ** Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field
* Experience in an accounting, tax, or financial services office
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Familiarity with tax or accounting software##
