I'm currently partnering with a growing, mid-sized CPA and advisory firm (160+ employees, 30 Partners) to add a Senior Tax Accountant to their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build toward long‑term partnership in a collaborative, high-growth environment.

• Experience:
  
  3+ years in public accounting
• CPA:
  Pursuing required
• Compensation: $105,000 – $115,000 + overtime (time and a half)
• Schedule:
  
  40 hours off-season | 55–60 hours during busy season
• All tax professionals are brought in as generalists to build broad exposure across industries

• Overtime paid year‑round (including busy season)
• Clear path to partnership with strong leadership exposure
