Steven Douglas is seeking a Controller for a global professional association based in Chicago, Illinois. This key role will lead the accounting and finance departments, reporting directly to the CEO. The position requires overseeing month-end closes, cash management, compliance, and all accounting functions while working in a hybrid model 1-2 days a week in the office.
Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, CPA certification, and experience managing a team in nonprofit accounting. The Controller will also be charged with financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
