Facilities Asset Coordinator

Role Overview

The Facilities Asset Coordinator is responsible for supporting effective tracking, maintenance, and optimization of an organization’s assets throughout their lifecycle. By ensuring accurate asset documentation and compliance with company policies, the Asset Coordinator helps to minimize losses, streamline operations, and support financial planning and reporting related to physical assets.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset records
• Track the full lifecycle of assets
• Coordinate with procurement and finance teams
• Monitor asset and BOM inventory levels
• Generate reports on asset status
• Ensure all asset‑related data complies with internal controls and regulatory standards

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years related experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment, and knowledge of asset management principles and lifecycle processes. Proficiency in asset management software and data entry skills are also required.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years related experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment
• Lawful US person (ITAR restrictions)
• Must be eligible to possess explosives under the Safe Explosives Act of 2003 (as amended)
• Knowledge of asset management principles and lifecycle processes
• Proficiency in asset management software (e.g., DYNAWAY, SAP, Oracle, Asset Panda, Service Now, or similar)
• Data entry and data management abilities with high attention to accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office programs
• Ability to work collaboratively with procurement, finance, IT, and operations teams
