Clerical Assistant; East

Clerical Assistant – (3 East) – 7:00AM–3:30PM, Every Saturday and Sunday

Clerical Partners support the clerical/administrative aspects of patient care delivery and serve as a liaison for patients, visitors, and staff.

• Answer phones, patient calls, take messages, and refer questions and answers to the appropriate individual.
• Maintain unit supply of forms and prepare appropriate packets and information for admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
• Monitor and order supplies.
• Perform computer-based functions including admission, transfer, and discharge, and make follow-up appointments.
• Provide clerical support to the timely delivery of patient care.
• Serve as a customer service representative, receptionist, and liaison among patient, family, staff, and medical staff.
• Support relationship‑based care by providing compassionate, holistic care to patients, family, and co‑workers and promote a safe, caring, and healing environment.
• Track and monitor the locations of all patients, facilitate the movement of the patient from one care modality to the next, and may sit with patients at times.

• High School Diploma required.

Estimated Compensation Range: $16.54–$25.24 per hour, based on experience.
