    Part-time position with varied nights (3:30 pm-9:00 pm) and weekends (2:00 pm-9:00 pm), some holidays required.

What You'll Do:
  • Welcome residents, guests, and staff professionally
  • Answer phones and provide clerical support, including scanning, copying, mail, and packages
  • Use Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Outlook, and other computer systems for daily operations
  • Track visitors, submit work orders, create nameplates, and maintain records
  • Support departments with administrative and technology-related tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow emergency procedures
What You'll Need:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of administrative, receptionist, or clerical experience
  • Strong computer skills including:
    • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Google Workspace
    • Email, data entry, and office systems
  • Ability to learn new software quickly
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
