Operations Coordinator

Cable Plus is a distributor of low voltage and communications cable, networking products, and related equipment, supplying contractors and businesses across the region.

As we grow, we’re looking for an Operations Coordinator to help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly. This will cover areas from accounts payable to reporting to the everyday details that keep the business moving. This is a great entry point for someone organized, curious, and eager to learn the ins and outs of distribution and operations.

• Process vendor invoices and payments (accounts payable), ensuring accuracy and timely turnaround
• Generate operational and inventory reports and perform data analysis to support decision making
• Provide general administrative support to the operations team, including document preparation and record keeping
• Partner directly with the operations team to identify and help resolve day-to-day process gaps

• High school diploma required; 4-year college degree preferred
• 0–2 years of office or administrative experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel especially)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes
