The Season Ticket Member Services Assistant is a part-time position with the Rockford Ice Hogs, supporting the Revenue Generation team and serving Season Ticket Members. Office location:
Rockford, IL; hours approximately 20 per week, with evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
The role requires energetic, self-motivated individuals with strong communication, problem-solving skills, and basic computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Salesforce CRM).
