Business Assistant – Highcrest Burch Dental

What You’ll Do

As a Business Assistant, you will help create a smooth and positive experience for our patients from their first phone call through checkout.

Responsibilities include:
  • Welcoming patients and creating a friendly, professional first impression
  • Answering incoming calls and assisting patients with questions
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Maintaining an organized and productive patient schedule
  • Collecting and accurately entering patient information
  • Reviewing treatment plans, payments, and financial arrangements
  • Assisting with insurance verification and other administrative responsibilities
  • Communicating effectively with patients, doctors, and team members
  • Following through on tasks and helping keep the front office organized
  • Stepping in to support the team wherever needed
