An Automotive Technician specializing in passenger cars and light trucks/SUVs will join a small team focused on delivering high-quality vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs. This role demands proficiency with both manufacturer-specific and generic diagnostic tools to ensure vehicles are safe and operating efficiently. Minimal customer interaction is expected, and no travel is required.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough vehicle diagnostics using advanced diagnostic tools
- Conduct routine maintenance and perform necessary repairs
- Carry out safety inspections to ensure compliance with standards
- Service brake systems effectively and accurately
- Perform test drives to validate repair and maintenance work
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive repair
- Expertise in engine diagnostics, brake systems, and electrical systems
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using both manufacturer-specific and generic diagnostic tools
- Effective time management skills in a team environment
