Job DescriptionAs a Business Analyst within the VS&A Sales Operations Team, you will be the operational engine of our delivery lifecycle, bridging the gap between intake, requirements grooming, and delivery logistics. This hands‑on role combines business requirements gathering with sprint and user acceptance testing coordination to support the team's execution arm.
Responsibilities- Conduct initial business requirements gathering and data validation with stakeholders to ensure incoming project tickets are clear and actionable.
- Pre‑vet and groom execution queues to resolve operational ambiguities before business prioritization.
- Translate high‑level business needs into comprehensive user stories in a collaborative project environment.
- Assist with sprint planning logistics and log specific technical tasks for the team.
- Document meeting insights and operational notes to support corporate deployment tracks.
- Analyze execution timelines to support predictable sprint cadences and tracking transparency.
- Create step‑by‑step testing checklists for User Acceptance Testing.
- Oversee the daily work queue of technical testers and manage reported system bugs through resolution.
- Coordinate post‑release validation to ensure deployed features function successfully in production.
- Salesforce CRM experience for analyzing configuration workflows and optimizing core system capabilities.
- Proficiency with Agile management tools such as Jira and Confluence for sprint logistics.
- Knowledge of SDLC frameworks to navigate software development life cycles and structure user acceptance testing.
- Experience writing precise user stories and executing backlog grooming.
- Ability to build functional testing checklists and manage bug resolution queues.
- Operational support experience with enterprise Sales Operations or digital product delivery teams.
Target range: $75,000 – $85,000 USD. Pay varies based on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Basic Requirements- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Agile Product Owner, or Technical Project Coordinator.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely. Sponsorship is not available.
