Principal Associate, Brand Governance, Operations and Enablement

Responsibilities

• Directly lead one or more of Capital One’s brand governance programs
• Facilitate team progress in a workflow management tool (Adobe Workfront)
• Own insight reporting and executive dashboards on process utilization, throughput and operational outcomes across teams
• Drive a continuous improvement agenda, including identifying ways emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, can help streamline and accelerate brand risk reviews
• Confidently lead presentations that drive awareness of brand management standards and programs
• Track and monitor compliance with governance requirements, including leading risk management control testing and audits of our processes
• Contribute to a positive team environment as part of a high-energy, growing and evolving team

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience
• At least 3 years of project management experience
• At least 3 years of experience with marketing workflow tools (such as Adobe Workfront)
• At least 2 years of experience in financial services or regulated industry
• At least 1 year of experience identifying, evaluating and taking action to mitigate brand risk
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to self-manage and elevate potential roadblocks
• Experience in resource and task management with the ability to explore solution-oriented approaches based on project-specific needs
