Work Schedule:
Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. The Opportunity As a part of the CRBC Credit Associate
- Portfolio Management team, the Credit Associate is responsible for providing support directly and indirectly to our dealer customers. Perform daily tasks that support and accurately maintain our dealers wholesale accounts including: audit scheduling, assisting dealers with daily inventory management (e.g., collecting payments on due units, moving units into shop rental and demonstrator status, inventory transfers), ensuring accurate reporting of all prior days audits, researching and completing daily exception reporting.###
The Work Itself
* Create and maintain the commercial auditors schedule for the Central RBC
* Ensure all necessary audits are completed monthly
* Communicate with multiple internal and external vendors
* Prepare and route daily/weekly/monthly audit reports
* Follow for daily open cash
* Update insurance and auction arbitration logs
* Supervise and respond to incoming email requests received in group mailbox in a timely manner
* Provide customer service for automotive dealers### The Skills You Bring###
Minimum Qualifications
* 0+ years of experience
* High school Diploma or GED equivalent###
Preferred Qualifications
* HS diploma or equivalent required.
* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business or related field highly preferred
* 2 + years' experience in financial services or similar industry. .
* Performs administrative, accounting and technically based supporting tasks.
* Requires proficient use of all Microsoft Office programs.
* Presents strong written and oral communication skills.
