Senior Analyst, Payroll - Timekeeping; Hybrid

Role Overview

Hybrid role based in Rockford, IL (commuting eligible to Greenville/Richardson TX, Cedar Rapids IA, Farmington CT, and Rockford IL). U.S. citizenship required; only U.S. citizens authorized to access information under this program/contract.

• Oversee daily, weekly and payroll-close timecard audits.
• Ensure timely and accurate timecard processing and issue resolution.
• Manage timesheet corrections and pay adjustment activities.
• Review case outcomes to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Support high-volume or high-risk operational periods as needed.
• Remain hands‑on and willing to support case processing, audits, or urgent operational needs.
• Support additional processes such as holiday reviews, payouts for terminations, transfers, understanding union contracts, and RTX policies.

Global Time & Labor Management (TLM) seeks a detail‑oriented and compliance‑focused candidate. You will review and validate timecards, identify discrepancies, enforce compliance standards, and support employees and managers with timekeeping guidance. You will also contribute to process improvement initiatives, assist with system enhancements and implementations, and partner with business stakeholders to strengthen timekeeping controls.

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) and minimum 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.
• Experience with Time & Attendance systems.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.

• Quantitative analytical skills, including ability to review and analyze payroll reports.
• Self‑starter who takes initiative, supports strategic priorities, takes ownership of projects, and meets tight deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively on projects with other functional departments; exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills; clear, concise communication across various organizational levels.
• Ability to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented environment.
• Creative problem solver with strong analytical, decision‑making, and interpersonal skills.
