Our office is located in Morton Grove, IL and we are looking for a highly motivated Contracts & Services Specialist to assist the company in creating strong relationships with suppliers and maintaining the existing ones.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented contracts and service specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract management, negotiation, and administration. The candidate should be proficient in reviewing and negotiating contracts, managing contract databases, and auditing invoices to ensure they match contracted terms. The candidate should also be skilled in providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive relationships with clients.

• Provide administrative support as needed.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate contract terms and conditions with vendors for products and services.
• Communicate effectively with Clients to ensure they understand the contract terms and obligations.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients and vendors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful contract execution.
• Reviewing vendor performance to identify the need for amendments of existing contracts.
• Manage contract databases and ensure timely renewal of contracts.
• Review client invoices to ensure vendor billing is in agreement with current contracts.
