Job Title
Global Time & Labor Management (TLM) is seeking a strong candidate who is focused on individual and team performance as well as continuous process improvement.
What You Will DoDocumentation:
Create and maintain process documentation for assigned tasks, regularly reviewing and refining documentation to reflect process changes, best practices and compliance requirements.
Reporting:
Compile and analyze financial information for reports and metrics to other RTX departments, employees and supervisors.
Auditing:
Perform calculations, analysis, and data entry to support the labor process including continuous checks for work accuracy to detect and correct errors within current responsibilities.
Separations:
Calculate and process employee final paychecks daily by reviewing and reconciling timecards, including vacation or paid time off balances.
Communication:
Effective customer support through reliable, quick, and accurate problem resolution.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with other RTX departments to guarantee precise responses and seamless operations.
Compliance:
Understand and ensure compliance with federal & State wage and hour laws and RTX policies.
Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) or equivalent experience with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
Experience in MS Word and Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)
Qualifications We PreferExperience in Payroll or Timekeeping gained in a corporate environment.
Working knowledge of SAP, EV5, and Work Day with emphasis within areas of Payroll or Timekeeping.
Detail oriented Self-starter with ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize task to manage workload effectively with effective problem solving and decision-making skills to promote work efficiency.
Ability to provide exceptional customer service through verbal and written communication in a corporate environment.

Location:
This is a hybrid role, eligible candidates must reside within commuting distance of Greenville/Richardson TX, Cedar Rapids IA, Farmington CT, and Rockford IL.

The salary range for this role is 53,100 USD - 100,900 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
