Principal Associate – PULSE Product Governance

Champion operational excellence and support the Product Development Lifecycle within the PULSE PMO

Monitor and maintain Jira data quality from Programs through User Stories

Build reporting and dashboards using Jira portfolio and execution-level data

Report on work visibility, resource capacity, and product delivery insights

Create monthly senior leadership presentation decks using Jira and Google Drive data

Analyze data to identify data risks and trends

Build partnerships with Product, Technology, and Intent Owners

Clarify stakeholder needs and provide appropriate solutions

Lead or engage in departmental and cross-functional organizational initiatives and projects

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 3 years of Process or Risk Management experience
• At least 1 year of Continual Improvement experience
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Experience creating presentation decks for executive leadership
• At least 1 year of experience using Jira to update data, run queries, and extract information
• At least 4+ years of Process Management experience preferred
• At least 1+ years of Project Management experience preferred
• At least 1+ years of experience working with Product and Technology teams preferred
• Process Management training and certifications such as Lean or Six Sigma preferred

Demonstrates expertise in Process and Risk Management, with a strong focus on operational excellence and data analysis. Proficient in using Jira for data management and reporting, alongside creating impactful presentations for senior leadership.
