An exceptional Reactor Services Project Facilitator is needed at Clinton Nuclear Power Station in Clinton, Illinois. This is a corporate position.

Expected salary range of $83,700 to $93,000
, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

The Rxs (Reactor Services) Project Coordinator is responsible for advancing the execution of site and outage-related initiatives through proactive coordination of project priorities, resource readiness, contractor integration, training/proctoring requirements, and critical work schedules. This role exercises independent judgment to align stakeholders, resolve coordination barriers, and support safe, efficient, and well-prepared execution across Constellation sites in partnership with Site Rxs Managers, outage teams, contractors, and cross-functional business partners.

This role requires significant travel (50-60%) to other Constellation locations, including online and outage support.

• Provide project coordination and execution support to Site Rxs (Reactor Services) Managers by tracking key activities, assessing priority needs, coordinating workforce time tracking, supporting vendor contract requirements, managing in processing workflows, and advancing departmental priorities aligned with business objectives.
• Lead contractor readiness activities by coordinating onboarding and access requirements, including IT access, SailPoint requests, Beeline entries, contractor justifications, site authorization requirements, and other prerequisites necessary to support timely project execution.
• Serve as a liaison between internal departments, contractors, and site stakeholders to coordinate work activities, identify and elevate execution risks, and remove barriers impacting initiatives and outage priorities.
