Leading 1031 exchange firm is seeking an experienced client relationship manager with existing personal skills to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience in a similar role. Must be motivated, hardworking, high energy and a self-starter.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain relationships with existing banking teams, as well as third party relationships with real estate attorneys, accountants and realtors
- Develop a wide network of banking relationships within the Truist umbrella
- Drive sales, increase revenue, expand markets to accomplish financial objectives
- Track and report appointments
- Collaborate with management and internal teams on Business Development initiatives.
- 5+ years' experience in client relationship management or sales;
Understanding of real estate transactions/ closing preferred, but not required - Exceptional facilitation, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
- High level of accountability
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer service oriented and communicate proficiently.
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Travel when necessary
- High energy, a positive attitude a must
- Team Player and strong negotiation skills
- Legal, accounting, or transactional real estate experience preferred.

The annual base salary for this position is $75k - $80k.
