Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate construction activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop project execution plans, including scheduling, staffing, resource allocation, and construction strategies.
  • Lead and oversee project teams, including field staff, engineers, inspectors, subcontractors, and support personnel.
  • Coordinate procurement activities to ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and resources.
  • Direct field operations and provide guidance on project plans, specifications, and construction requirements.
  • Monitor project performance, including schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project progress.
  • Prepare and communicate project status updates, including progress, cost, and resource reports.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, environmental, and safety regulations.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment while supporting the development and success of project teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve construction processes, efficiency, and project outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years of construction management experience.
  • Proven experience managing multidisciplinary project teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, cost control, safety practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions in a fast‑paced project environment.
