An established commercial contractor is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects throughout the Chicagoland area..

• Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Coordinate with superintendents, owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Monitor project financial performance and forecasting
• Identify and resolve project risks before they impact schedule or budget
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
• Deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget

• Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and project controls
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive project success
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience working with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors

• Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar software

• Compensation up to $200,000
