Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure and construction projects from inception to completion. This role is vital in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in construction management, strong leadership skills, and proficiency with industry-standard project management and construction software.

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and specifications.
• Manage project budgets through effective cost management strategies, including construction estimating and managing contracts.
• Oversee the preparation and review of construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and regulatory documents to ensure compliance with all applicable codes and standards.
• Supervise project teams on-site and off-site, managing subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Utilize construction management software such as Pro Core, Bluebeam, Heavy Bid, Civil 3D, and Construction Management tools to track progress, document changes, and communicate effectively across teams.
• Ensure construction site safety protocols are strictly followed in accordance with construction regulations while maintaining a focus on quality control.
• Coordinate project activities with stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory agencies to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Read blueprints and schematics accurately for proper implementation of design intent during construction phases.
• Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs (Request for Information), daily reports, and safety records.
• Lead project meetings to review progress updates, address challenges proactively, and keep all parties aligned on project goals.

• Experience with large-scale infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a focus on drywall or paint.
• Some background in construction estimating, cost management, and budget control within a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams in a construction management role while maintaining high safety standards.
• Deep understanding of construction regulations, permits, contracts, and compliance requirements across various jurisdictions.
• Hands-on experience reading complex blueprints and schematics accurately for diverse types of projects.
• Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and regulatory compliance practices is essential.
• Excellent communication skills for effective project coordination among multidisciplinary teams.
