Tender Manager – Commercial Contracts

• Support the company's mission to develop and deliver clean power plants based on renewable energy
• Work with the local Sales team representing Project Management throughout the tender and contract negotiation process
• Lead contract negotiations for Project Management-related topics with clients, virtually and in person
• Identify, review and evaluate risks for internal project review teams through the Sales Gate Process
• Ensure risk mitigation measures are implemented in customer contract negotiations
• Provide cost calculations supporting project execution schedules, including WTG installation and crane works
• Coordinate project schedules with internal planning, procurement and logistics teams
• Provide in-depth project handovers to execution teams
• Support clients and BOP contractors with Project Management-related questions during the sales phase
• Represent Nordex to clients, build client relationships and deliver customer satisfaction
• Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned
• Promote safe working environments and proactively identify and mitigate safety hazards

• Bachelors or master's degree in Sales engineering, project management, Business management, or other similar relevant experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in comparable positions, including full responsibility for multi-million-dollar contracts
• Strong commercial and financial knowledge
• Contract negotiation experience necessary
• Project management experience or experience working on heavy construction; wind energy sector and/or turnkey construction experience preferred
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills

• Strong software skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
• Ability to travel 25% within USA, Canada and Germany

• Ability to get a valid passport to travel to international locations, including Canada

• Ability to properly use applicable safety equipment
• Speak and understand English fluently
