Project Manager – Estimator

• Oversee residential and commercial restoration projects from start to finish
• Develop relationships to build and grow accounts
• Manage contractors with support from an assigned Construction Superintendent
• Support and implement the Company’s Project Quality Planning and Control process
• Maintain liaison with clients and contacts to facilitate successful project execution
• Attend client-initiated meetings and maintain contact to ensure client satisfaction
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within corporate policy
• Monitor and control construction through administrative direction of the on-site Superintendent
• Evaluate construction progress and team performance to ensure projects meet schedule and budget
• Manage and report on financial aspects of contracts
• Identify potential legal problems and litigation and review them with the Branch Manager
• Oversee project close-out
• Represent the company in project meetings
• Provide technical assistance and support to project team members
• Identify new work opportunities and inform Sales and Marketing of potential projects
• Lead internal teams focused on continuous business improvement
• Promote client, subcontractor, and vendor relationships
• Apply relevant company policies and processes
• Proactively identify and solve problems to minimize risk

• Experience in restoration and construction
• Experience with Xactimate
• Prior disaster mitigation estimating experience
• Sales and project management experience within disaster restoration, ideally for commercial accounts and/or large loss
• Ability to pay attention to details
• Good communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel out of town
• Pass background check and drug screen
• Ability to oversee residential and commercial losses caused by fire, water, mold, and natural disasters

Demonstrates expertise in managing residential and commercial restoration projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, budget, and schedule while fostering strong client and contractor relationships. Proficient in disaster mitigation estimating and project management within the restoration industry.
