Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team on-site in Rockford, IL. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide exceptional support, and assist in resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing and monitoring customer accounts, addressing inquiries promptly, coordinating with internal teams to fulfill client needs, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.

As the first point of contact, you will play a central role in ensuring a positive customer experience and fostering strong client relationships.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
  • Proficiency in delivering outstanding Customer Experience and ensuring customer loyalty
  • Problem-solving abilities for resolving customer inquiries efficiently and effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer relationship tools is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training is a plus
