Service Manager
As a Maker Checker
, you will be responsible for accurately validating orders that have been entered into the order management system. Ensure timely cross-functional issue resolution when discrepancies arise, including order cleaning for both manual and electronic orders, utilizing the necessary tools and adhering to Service Level Agreements. Completion of final review of all orders and closing orders once finance and operations confirm completion.
The work model for the role is:
Remote
- Support internal and external customers through accurate order validation in the order management system.
- Ensure proactive communication with customers and internal functions to guarantee customer satisfaction by providing relevant information.
- Ensure clean order entry per requirements including prices, quantities, dates, customer, and company data, etc., enabling seamless system order execution.
- Monitor and elevate cases and repeated discrepancies.
- Document and archive order-related information, assumptions, and decisions in appropriate systems within their area of responsibility.
- Review job status to ensure all jobs are closed properly in SAP
- Perform tasks with a high focus on quality to ensure customer satisfaction
- Other duties as assigned
- Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
- High school diploma required, bachelor's degree in business other related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in sales support, customer experience, or data entry.
- Good understanding of order handling & fulfillment, with strong emphasis on quality work.
- Good understanding of customer satisfaction and ability to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Effective communication & interpersonal skills with high attention to detail.

While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant's qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $58,500 and $93,600 annually.
