What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and patients
- Answer phones and assist clients with scheduling and questions
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Support daily front‑desk operations and hospital workflow
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with clients, doctors, and support staff
- Help create a positive and efficient client experience from check‑in through check‑out
- Support the veterinary team in delivering outstanding patient care
