What You’ll Do

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and patients
  • Answer phones and assist clients with scheduling and questions

  • Support daily front‑desk operations and hospital workflow
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate effectively with clients, doctors, and support staff
