Position Summary

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression.

Responsibilities

In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot which includes helping members with their purchases, ensuring there are carts ready and available, and assisting members with loading their vehicles to support a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go. Rain or shine, sleet or snow, our members count on you.

You will be able to:

  • Ensure club pick‑up orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed.
  • Inform members when products are unavailable and offer alternative product options when needed.
  • Ensure products are selected and packaged according to company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup.
  • Resolve member issues and concerns and promote the company's products and services.
  • Conduct safety sweeps and follow procedures for handling merchandise and report unsafe situations.
  • Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying member needs, assisting purchasing decisions, processing purchases, assisting with payments, utilizing cash registers, locating and organizing merchandise, zoning designated areas, and maintaining parking lot cleanliness.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans and applying the Open Door Policy.
  • Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co‑workers, customers, and business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicating progress; recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to change, difficulties, and feedback.

Compensation

Hourly wage range: $17.00 to $25.00 per hour. Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
