Inside Account Specialist

Role Overview

The Inside Account Specialist supports aftermarket customers and sales teams by managing customer relationships, processing orders, and resolving issues to ensure a seamless customer experience and promote account growth.

• Serve as a primary support resource, responding to inquiries and providing updates on quotations, orders, shipments, and account information.
• Accurately enter and manage customer orders in SAP, issue confirmations, and communicate order statuses.
• Coordinate customer requests such as invoices, delivery estimates, RMAs, certificates, and account setup.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and contribute to process improvements.

• High School Diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years in sales support, customer service, or account management, with ERP/SAP experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM and sales reporting tools is a plus.
