Rockford Ice Hogs is seeking a part-time Season Ticket Member Service Assistant to support the Revenue Generation team. You will help fans via phone, chat, text and email, assist with single-game tickets, exchanges and upgrades, and participate in events and gift distribution.
The role requires evenings, weekends and holidays. Strong communication, organization and teamwork are essential, with proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office being a plus.
