Compensation: Starting at $47/hr based on experience plus a hygiene bonus program.

Sign on Bonus: $5,000

Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 7:30am-5:00pm

Your Impact as a Dental Hygienist:

• Review and update X‑rays, chart notes, and maintain related equipment
• Record detailed clinical narratives, probing depths, and documentation for claims
• Maintain strict OSHA and HIPAA compliance
• Sterilize instruments and manage hygiene supplies
• Perform prophylaxis and scaling & root planing
• Apply fluoride varnish and place sealants
• Educate patients on oral health and the mouth‑body connection
• Support patient and team relations with professionalism and empathy
• Ensure a safe, welcoming, and organized clinical environment

• Hygienist Licensed in IL
• Current certification from an accredited Dental Hygiene program
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• A compassionate, patient‑centered approach
• Ability to connect with diverse patient populations
