| Part Time | | Bonus Offered: | Sign-on, Quality | |  |Job Description Theda Care  is seeking a BE or BC Internal Medicine Physician to join our expanding Perioperative Services Team as our first Medical Director and full-time physician at Theda Care Regional Medical Center-Appleton, Neenah and Theda Care Orthopedic, Spine & Pain in Appleton, WI.* .25

FTE (10 hours a week of Medical Director duties only)
* Hours are Monday-Friday: 8a-4:30p
* No call, weekend or holidays
* Oversee 13 APC's
* Unique position to care for surgical patients in the inpatient setting while also cross training into an outpatient clinic for preoperative risk stratifications and evaluations. Role will directly influence quality outcomes of surgical patients including postoperative outcomes, same day surgery cancellations, care coordination, readmission prevention and system mortality index.
