OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center, a level 1 trauma center, is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Minimally Invasive Surgeon to join a busy, well-established general surgery program. This opportunity offers a 70% Minimally Invasive Surgery / 30% General Surgery case mix, allowing you to focus on advanced foregut and MIS cases while maintaining a broad surgical practice.
Leadership pathway available for the right candidate, including the opportunity to serve as an internal Clinical Director and help shape the future of the program.

- Robotic platforms available
- Strong robotic utilization and opportunity to expand advanced foregut and minimally invasive procedures
- Ability to perform upper and lower endoscopy

- Full time, clinical base salary pay range for this position: $500,000-$620,000.
- Range shown should be used as an estimate and can be impacted by many factors including but not limited to the critical need of the position, overall experience and qualifications, community need, and other considerations. Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement.

The Physician is responsible for providing compassionate, high quality, patient-centered care. Demonstrates positive working relationships and demonstrates collaborative team-oriented behaviors with: staff physicians, nurses, other departments, other members of the medical staff.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Doctorate
Licenses/Certifications:
Physician Licensed to practice medicine in current state. Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies). Obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges. Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs. Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage. Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.
