Latin Teacher
Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Academy‑Chesterton Network School, a classical pre‑K‑12 school in the Catholic tradition, seeks a talented and dynamic full‑time Latin teacher for the 2024‑25 academic year. Part‑time options may also be available.
Responsibilities- Teach Latin to students in grades 7‑12.
- Develop and implement curriculum aligned with the school’s classical program.
- Participate in the House system, attend Mass with the student body, and assist in leading spiritual retreats and school activities.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Latin.
- Three to five years of teaching experience preferred.
- Strong passion for Catholic classical education.
- Practicing Catholic, willing to make an Oath of Fidelity to the Magisterium and a Profession of Faith.
- Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
- Track record of contributing to the vision and mission of an apostolic and educational enterprise.
