Non-Cert SS Sub Teacher (Must have Sub License) Compensation: $21.70/hour. Internal employees will receive their regular rate of pay or $21.70/hour, whichever rate is higher. Benefits:

SS Office Professional Pay Compensation:
Internal OP2s and OP3 will receive their regular rate of pay. Internal OP1s will receive OP2, Step 1 pay or their regular rate of pay, whichever is higher. Benefits:

Internal RNs/Non-Certified Nurses will receive their regular rate of pay. Benefits:

Instructional Intern Compensation: $25.00/hour. Benefits:

Bilingual Tutors Compensation:
The rate of pay for internal bilingual tutors and other non-certified staff is $15.00 per hour if they hold a high school diploma, $18.02/hour if they hold an Associate's degree, or $22.41/hour if they hold a Bachelor's degree. The hourly rate of pay for other certified staff is $40/hour. Benefits:
