Pay:
Starting at $49/hour
Birch Agency seeks a dedicated and passionate Elementary Instructional Coach to provide mentorship to teachers and also provide small group intervention services. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young learners while collaborating with a supportive educational team.
Responsibilities- Provide intervention services in small groups for students in Kindergarten through 2nd grade.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success.
- Monitor student progress and maintain appropriate documentation.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers in a mentorship capacity.
- Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)
- Experience working with elementary‑aged students preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Commitment to supporting diverse learning needs.
- Previous mentorship experience preferred (instructional coach).
- Competitive hourly compensation starting at $49/hour.
