As Campus Director, you will play a central leadership role in guiding campus performance, supporting student success, and strengthening the connection between education and career outcomes. You will work across campus functions to foster accountability, build a strong team culture, and ensure the campus operates effectively in support of both academic and business goals.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading daily campus operations to improve student outcomes and business performance.
• Managing campus budgets, payroll, and operational efficiency against financial targets.
• Coaching, developing, and evaluating staff to build a high-performing campus team.
• Ensuring compliance with accreditation, state, and federal education regulations.
• Building community and industry partnerships to strengthen campus visibility and placement outcomes.
