• Develop and implement age-appropriate Montessori curriculum for toddlers.
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Observe and assess children's developmental progress regularly.
• Encourage independence and self-directed learning among students.
• Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress and needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom space.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

• Valid Montessori teaching certification or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with toddlers in an educational setting.
• Strong understanding of Montessori principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom culture.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Passion for early childhood education and child development.
• Flexible, patient, and creative demeanor.
