Job Description

Make a meaningful impact by supporting students and staff throughout the academic year in a dynamic contract position. We are seeking dedicated professionals skilled in school psychology to provide comprehensive services within a collaborative educational environment.

Your expertise will benefit two school communities: a middle school with 123 students with IEPs and an elementary school serving 102 students with IEPs. As an integral part of the support team, you will play a crucial role in helping students thrive both academically and emotionally.

Key Qualifications and

Experience:

  • Valid certification or licensure in school psychology
  • Experience working with K–8 student populations and IEP processes
  • Strong understanding of special education law and evaluation techniques
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt to varied learning needs

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psycho educational evaluations
  • Develop, revise, and help implement IEPs
  • Deliver counseling and consultative services to students and families
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and offer expertise on educational planning
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to support classroom interventions
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

Role Details:

  • Work at two assigned schools—one position at each campus
  • Standard schedule: 8:10 a.m.–3:10 p.m., Monday through Friday
