Manufacturing Engineer

We’re looking for a hands-on CNC Programming / Manufacturing Engineer who enjoys solving problems on the shop floor and collaborating across teams. In this role, you’ll play a key part in improving CNC programs, machining processes, tooling, and documentation—helping drive quality, efficiency, and cost improvements across the operation.

What You’ll Do

• Create and improve CNC programs across multiple machines and controllers
• Support day-to-day manufacturing by optimizing tooling, work holding, routings, and cycle times
• Design CAD models, fixtures, process drawings, and machine layouts
• Partner with quality, sales, customers, and suppliers to resolve technical issues
• Help re-quote jobs and adjust processes to maintain strong margins
• Maintain BOMs, routings, and process documentation, ensuring changes are well controlled
• Train and support teammates on best practices and continuous improvement efforts

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience
• Strong understanding of machining processes, materials, and blueprints (GD&T)
• Experience with Solid Works
• Strong math, mechanical aptitude, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using Excel (advanced skills a plus)
• Clear communicator who works well across departments
• Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn
