We seek a dynamic Structural Project Manager to join our team full-time in our LaGrange, IL Office.

Responsibilities- Act as Project Manager or Lead Engineer on projects under the direction of the company’s Chief Structural Engineer.
- Utilize current technology and engineering software on projects.
- Take a proactive role in business development activities.
- Commit to quality and continuous improvement.
- Develop junior structural staff.
- Office Lead in the LaGrange Office
- Minimum of 5 years of related work experience, preferably with bridge design and transportation structure projects.
- A BS in civil engineering with structural emphasis is required, and an MS in structural engineering is preferred.
- Illinois PE & SE license is required
- Software knowledge, including MS Office, Microstation, and structural analysis programs.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of IDOT and ISTHA design standards and analysis is desired.
