- Work with internal customers such as engineering, quality, shop floor, shipping and receiving, and other operations support orgs
- Help to prioritize hardware and working closely with other program managers
- Coordinate with shop floor technicians and supervisors to help expedite hardware through the processes to final shipping
- Create daily WIP and shipping reports
- Provide a Line of Balance for shippable items to program managers and value stream leaders showing estimated ship dates
- AS degree with 4-6 years of operations/manufacturing support experience or BS/BA degree with 2-4 years of experience or in lieu of degree 10 years of relative experience
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Experience with SAP, or other MRP system, strongly preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints a plus
- Strong oral and written communication, teamwork, self-motivation, and organizational skills required
Pay Range
: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
Work Requirements- You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
- Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Due to the nature of the work, no travel is required.
Citizenship RequirementDue to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.
